Seth B. Zirkle is currently studying at the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. He previously studied at the Yale Divinity School and received his Artium Baccalaureatus degree (cum laude) in theology and Latin from Wabash College in 2004.

He was named a Blackstone Fellow by the Alliance Defense Fund in 2006. In 2004 Wabash College awarded him the Mills Fellowship in Religion. In 2002 he was named an Undergraduate Fellow with The Fund for Theological Education. At IU, he is an active member of The Federalist Society, Phi Delta Phi, and the Christian Legal Society. He was named to the Order of Barristers in 2006. Zirkle is a native of Evansville, Indiana, and currently resides in Indianapolis with Pugsley, a dog beyond comparison. His fiancee, Scarlett, is a Doctor of Musical Arts candidate at the University of Maryland's School of Music.
