Material remaining on ITA by a former author is, unless otherwise noted, copyrighted by the authors collectively. ITA is not to be used without permission except as provided herein. IntheAgora.com and "ITA" are all copyrighted terms belonging to the authors. These terms of use are subject to change, and should be reviewed regularly.
2. You agree to use ITA in accordance with these Terms of Use. Accessing ITA, in any manner, for the purpose of obtaining information, technical or otherwise, about ITA constitutes use of ITA such that the party accessing ITA is bound by these Terms of Use. By continuing to use ITA after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Use, as modified.

A merchant may have separate privacy and data collection practices. ITA has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies. For more information regarding a merchant, its online store, and its privacy policies, return to that merchant's home page and click on its information links or contact the merchant website directly. You release ITA and its affiliates from any damages that you incur, and agree not to assert any claims against them, arising from your purchase or use of any products or services made available by third parties through Intheagora.com.
