Scientific Proof

I’ve said it in numerous posts before, but now comes scientific proof that Twitter is from Satan himself:
Social networks such as Twitter may blunt people’s sense of morality, claim brain scientists.New evidence shows the digital torrent of information from networking sites could have long-term damaging effects on the emotional development of young people’s brains.
A study suggests rapid-fire news updates and instant social interaction are too fast for the ‘moral compass’ of the brain to process.
The danger is that heavy Twitters and Facebook users could become ‘indifferent to human suffering’ because they never get time to reflect and fully experience emotions about other people’s feelings.

And here I thought it was that damn rock & roll music that was the problem. One day maybe “they” will be right, but it seems like every time something new comes along, the new thing is going to cause society to go to hell in a hand basket.
So Twitter is seducing the innocent now? This must be the least seductive seductress ever.
Sex, drugs, rock & roll, and Twitter. But I can at least see the fun in the first three.
i’m with you, josh! he usually uses subtle tactics that don’t raise too many eyebrows. it’s a slow, steady erosion that’s taking place, but the end result will be the same.

Use all your well-learned politesse
Or I’ll lay your soul to waste…
Doug: Twitter won’t damn you to hell. Maybe some of those rock songs will, but not Twitter.
