What's wrong with people these days? Robert's reply was pretty on the money, though I know most people would never admit to it.
well, I dedicated a whole blog post to my hatred of twitter: maybe you can find some amusement/enjoyment out of it:

I hate Twitter, too. Never used it, hopefully never will. Also, Robert's reply was excellent.
Twitter is what happens when technology is released to the masses. It takes the dumbest form possible. Just like all of these bimbos and their Vlogs. (iJustine, Ashely's Hug Time)

Twitter is for the dumbed down masses. Whilst westerners are fast asleep believing their lives are important other countries peoples are preparing (seriously). The west quite frankly is in deep deep Sh** and its people have become so me me me its like watching a slow suicidal march to destruction. Ok, I cant and don't just blame twitter for this, there are many facets to the probable destruction of western cultures over the next century. But one example would be the intentional break up of the family unit. We now have more single people living alone from the age of 18 to 50 going to bed with their computer typing in tweets such as "Not feeling sleepy yet" WOW, revelation, interest factor of 1000. But they are lonely, desperate and sad but don't know it. My Space, faceache and all the rest are just as bad. Do people really think they are collecting friends on these websites? I think they do because they have never had a real friend. A friend these days is what was once called a distant acquaintance.
Heres a glimpse in to the near future (just before the west completely collapses). A hovering camera that will follow you everywhere connected to filmealways.com. Imagine it. Millions of idiots tuning in to watch some other idiot sitting on their couch watching other idiots sitting on their couch...you wait thats going to happen I guarantee it.

I was about to post the same link.
Love online comics. Better than most of the stuff on TV.

So this is what Twitter is. Yawn. I don't care that much about every move and step I make during the day, much less anyone else's.
Now if Twitter could monitor the minutiae of politicians and nonelected bureaucrats, that would be worth looking into.

Josh, I'm not sure I quite get your drift here. Could you be a little more direct?
