Barack's Ebenezer Sermon
For those with 34 minutes to spare, Mr. Obama's sermon to Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, this week is worth a watch.

I haven't watched the sermon yet. I'm sure it was eloquent and not overtly political. Nevertheless, I really object to churches welcoming politicans into their pulpits. It would be just as wrong for a church to invite Mike Huckabee (who, in contrast to Mr. Obama, is an actual ordained minister), but for some reason this seems to happen a lot more often with Democratic politicians.

Having seen it... wow. If you're a Democrat, why would you want Hillary over this guy?

phil,
You don't agree that it's more common for Democrats to make speeches at church services? (Hint: this seems to be much more common in predominantly black churches.) I admit that I don't have any objective data, but I'm not aware of *any* of the GOP contenders who have made speeches at Sunday morning church services during this election cycle.
