How Americans use their water supply
Swivel is a great website that charts everything from crime statistics to American Idol contestant popularity. Here's one from today's front page.

It's worth noting that only about 8 percent of water use goes to these domestic uses. About 70 percent is used by irrigation and another 20 percent is used by power plants.
