It's included in their recent issue devoted to language. In return, I'm giving the gift of web traffic: Don't Panic sounds like an interesting experiment in multi-media with print, web, and artistic tie-ins. Check them out. It does not ever mean speakers of a language. It's sort of like calling anglophones, I dunno, radios or something.
