Thanks for the link, that was a good episode. Like stating the Brit Hume "pretends" to be a reporter, and the wonderfully uneccesary reference to exposed breasts. Oh and Josh, Colbert's work is satire. Is this an attempt to break down your own argument? I think that monlogue by Colbert solidifies all the holes in the Administration's arguments.

Reminder: the LA Times and Wall Street Journal posted their own articles on the possibly illegal NSA banking monitoring program on the same day the Times did and and the president himself has repeatedly
touted the program since September of 2001 when he announced it's creation.
Says Tom Keane: "I may disagree with what the Times did, but it certainly wasn't a criminal act in any way. That's what news organizations do. With a free press that's what happens."
