If by balanced you mean that Congress&#039;s spending was eclipsed only by the achievments of economic growth for a few years.

		<description>I agree with a lot of Bruce&#039;s views of the president but honestly, a privately funded think tank can&#039;t fire somebody whose research findings they disagree with?  Why not?  And why does that reflect poorly on the donors?  I find it hard to believe you think donors to this (and every other think tank on the planet) have no agenda.
