Musgrave explains that the two are certainly not the same and shouldn’t be confused.

In fact, I’d say they are politically opposite.
To a certain extent that might be true, Lucas. However, I think I see a lot of ideologues who put their trust in George Bush and often have a hard time admitting that they were deceived so thoroughly and therefore have a problem abandoning him.
