My friend was a born-again christian for 7 years. Then he became a born-again atheist for the last seven years.
He’s been going to Church every Sunday for the last six months as its the best option available for meeting girls on a sunday morning. Or so he says. I think he’s a closet Christian with a range of complex coping strategies.

Absolutely hysterical. Reminds me of an old friend who had a bit on stage about picking up Amish women with lines like, “Oh, thou art hot” and “You’ve really got the figure to make that shapeless black tunic look good.”

Maybe this should come with a warning like cigarettes. A few years ago I was talking to my friend Mark who lives half way across the country from me. I told him of having become a Christian and he wasn’t very interested. On a later call I found out he had chased a skirt into church but not much happened. I’m not sure if it was the second or third skirt he chased into a church but he’s now a Christian with a lovely wife.

And in case anyone doesn’t run in those circles, the playahs aren’t all 20-somethings…. You’d be surprised how many were born before 1970…..
