Eye Candy

If you're not familiar with the mural art of Eric Grohe, you should check it out immediately. Grohe transforms drab walls into vividly realistic 3-dimensional images. In some of his images (particularly his work at the Miller brewery), it's hard to see where the real world ends and the mural begins. I wonder how many birds have flown smack into this mural in Bucyrus, OH?

A little maudlin, in my opinion, but I like his use of perspective.

I recently moved to Marion, OH. My work takes me to Bucyrus at least once a week. I admire his murals each time I pass them.

Well, the web site certainly impresses me. I'd love to see it in person.
