Little Rock Family Planning clinic director Dr. Jerry Edwards has already waived his usual fee--between $525 and $600 during the first-trimester--in order to perform six free abortions. "If we didn't provide it now, they would get it later," said Edwards, "a late-term abortion that would give greater risk to the mother's health." But wait--what "mother" is he talking about?
