Huh?

One of the EPA's recommended ways to "Protect Your Family From Lead in Your Home":

Make sure children eat healthy, low-fat foods.
Who knew eating healthy foods can help keep lead out of your home?

Who knew eating healthy foods can help keep lead out of your home?

People who read the whole thing: "Make sure children eat nutritious, low-fat meals high in iron and calcium, such as spinach and low-fat dairy products. Children with good diets absorb less lead."

The above comment is correct: food rich in iron and calcium will boost the levels of these metals in your body, helping to prevent lead from chelating inside various tissues (because they're already full of iron and calcium). Note that the title refers to protecting individuals from lead already in the home (which iron/calcium rich foods will do), while the poster refers to keeping lead out of the home (which iron/calcium rich foods won't do, but which the EPA doesn't address in their recommendations).
