Coming in at number one in this year's highly unscientific internet poll was the University of Wisconsin-Madison. For many years, MSU led the nation in the number of alcohol-related arrests, but recently dropped to #2. But we've got a good recruiting class coming in this year, some kids who can really put it away, and we're ready to charge back up to #1. That only says the police on that campus are more strict, better equipped, and/or more numerous than others. Indeed, that number should actually count against the school rather than for it. How can you be the number one party school when the police are always arresting you?
