Yahoo challenges Google

In an effort to unseat the king of internet searches, Google, Yahoo has begun testing a service that would allow searches of password protected sites known as the "deep Web." Publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Consumer Reports and The New England Journal of Medicine would be available with non-subscribers having to pay to view their search results. Yahoo hopes to add all the content found on LexisNexis.
