A Headline That Goes Both Ways

I’ll bet even the good moms would agree with this headline from time to time.

Life is soooooooo precious. I just wallow in a garden of joy when I am confronted by stories like these.
It’s so much better to abuse the children once they’re outside of the birth canal…that way they have a real chance of experiencing life as it was truly meant to be led…as an unwanted being whose first memory will be of mommy being subjected to corporeal punishment for her sickness
Ahhh (breathing deeply), a refreshing take on what it means to live in a civilized world.

It sounds like you are trying to be sarcastic, but it is not clear what your point is. This story certainly doesn’t suggest that anyone is ignoring children who have been born for the benefit of children who have not been born, if that is what you meant to suggest — the mother was punished for doing this.

I was being sarcastic, focusing on the headline only. I was thinking of that one wife on “Desperate Housewives” who has to put up with those rowdy kids.
