It is increasingly wrong to worry about the government collecting data on you, and hoarding it in the NSA's archives; it is more likely that your most personal data will be placed for all to see on commercial databases hosted in Palo Alto. (It is, however, still permissible to worry about what the government--and corporations, and your ex-wife--will do with this information.)
